The ingredients needed to prepare Yummy Baked Yams:
  1. Get Large Yams
  2. Get Butter
  3. Provide Dark Brown Sugar
  4. Use Marshmallows
  5. Get Pumpkin Spice
  6. Use Cinnamon Spice

Instructions to make Yummy Baked Yams:
  1. Wash yams well. Poke holes all around them with knife or fork. BE CAREFUL.
  2. Stir 1 tblespn of honey & 1 tblespn of butter in to large pot of water. Let come to a boil.
  3. Add all 4 yams in boiling water. Boil for approx. 40 mins. (Optional: cover with lid with slight opening for steam to escape)
  4. Line aluminum or glass pan with foil. Dry excess water on yams with paper towel & lay in pan. Cut each yam horizontally. Lay flat.
  5. Add butter, brown sugar & marshmallows on top of each yam slice.
  6. Bake at 400° for 15 mins then turn to BROIL for approx 5 mins. or until marshmallows are melted/browned. Remove & let cool a bit.
