  1. Method For the Cake
  2. Break chocolates, put in a small sauce pan then add in the butter. Melt the chocolate and butter over a low heat stirring continuously till smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, pour in the chocolate mixture then whisk in the Yoghurt, eggs, & Vanilla Essence till all combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, add the sugars & coffee with the boiling water & mix together till well combined.
  5. Add the water mixture to the Yoghurt chocolate mixture. Sieve in the cocoa, flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of Soda & salt into the mixture. Fold into the mixture till well combined.
  6. Pour batter into greased pans & bake for 30 - 40 minutes or until skewer or knife comes out clean when pocked. Remove from oven & let cool in pans, for 10 minutes, then turn out on wired rack top-side down & let cool off completely.
  7. Method for Chocolate Frosting Icing
  8. Over low heat In a sauce pan add chocolate & butter mix continuously till melted.
  9. Add in the Cream & sieved Icing sugar, whisk mixture well till get a smooth, glossy & thick icing.
  10. Place cake on tray, ice the top of the 1 cake with icing smoothly spread, then put the other cake on top of iced cake, with remaining icing spread top of cake using the back of a spoon to make swirling patterns
