- Get 1 cup diced red onion
- Prepare 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
- Use 1/2 tbs minced garlic

- Use 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- You need 1 lb bacon chopped
- Use 2 small cans of mushrooms
- Get Swiss cheese
- Take 1 can biscuits

- Saute ground beef, onion, mushrooms, cilantro and garlic in a frying pan.
- Fry the chopped bacon separately until cooked thoroughly/to taste.
