- Get pastry shell for tart 21cm round, homemade or ready made
- Take Bananas
- Get caramel sauce
- Use Dark Brown Sugar
- Take Short Bread fingers or any shortbread buscuits

- Take fresh milk
- You need custard powder
- Prepare sugar

- Make your base and put in a ovenproof greased dish 21cm diameter .
- Add the pastry to a preheated oven. 175Β°C or Gas 7
- Add the bananas to a bowl, squash them down with a fork until they are all mashed.

- Bring out the banana mix and spread the custard thinly over the top and inside the pie crust.
- Put it back in the fridge until your ready to serve.
