- Get 70 grams Bittersweet chocolate
- Get 70 grams Heavy cream
- Take 25 grams Unsalted butter

- Measure and prepare the ingredients. Bring the butter to room temperature.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Remove it from the heat once the temperature reaches 50℃ (122℉).
