The ingredients needed to prepare Carrot Namul:
- Get 1 medium Carrot
- Take 2/3 tbsp Sesame oil
- Use 1/2 tsp Salt
- Take 1 White pepper
- Use 1 tsp Ground white sesame seeds
Steps to make Carrot Namul:
- Peel the carrot, then julienne into 4 cm lengths. Roughly grind the white sesame.
- Put the sesame oil in a frying pan, sauté the carrots maintaining their bite, then season with salt and pepper. Turn off the heat, then add the white sesame seeds.
