  2. Provide Yam, cut into cubes
  3. Take marsala wine or whatever wine is sitting on the counter next to your stove

  5. Use Fresh spinach (about a handful or 2)

  1. Heat a large pan and drizzle with olive oil. Add the cubed yams.
