  1. Use Tofu (silken or firm)
  2. You need to 150 grams Ground meat
  3. Get Garlic, finely chopped
  4. You need Ginger, finely chopped

  6. Provide Chicken soup stock (instant is fine)
  7. Provide Tomato, peeled (optional)
  8. Use Japanese leek, finely chopped
  9. Take Katakuriko, dissolved in 50 ml of water

  11. Use to 2 tablespoons Doubanjiang or ra-yu
  12. Take of each Sugar, soy sauce
