- Prepare 1 Zucchini
- You need 1 packet Atsuage
- You need 1 bunch Chirimen jako - salted semi-dried tiny fish
- Take 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- Provide 2 tbsp Mentsuyu
- Use 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- Take 2 tbsp Toasted white sesame seeds
- Use 1 as much (to taste) Green onion or scallion

- Slice the zucchini into 6-7 mm wedges and cut the atsuage into 2 cm cubes. Thinly slice the green onion.
- Oil a frying pan with sesame oil and heat it up. Add the zucchini and lightly stir-fry, then add the atsuage and chirimen jako and continue to cook.
- After 1 minute of stir-frying, pour in the mentusyu and soy sauce, stir-fry everything together and stop the heat.
