  1. Preheat oven to 350. I sprayed a little Pam veg oil in my 8x8 brownie pan to hold my parchment paper, then sprayed it with Pam baking spray.
  2. Use a wooden spoon, I mixed eggs with the sugar & Added the vanilla. Stir in the melted butter.
  3. Then sift the chocolate powder with the flour, baking powder,salt & stir flour mixture into the egg mixture. Add chocolate chips. Also you can add nuts, caramel, pb chips or whatever to it too. I also make a snicker one like this. I do everything above, except I add partial of the batter mix spreaded in pan, then put chopped up snickers in it, then put rest of batter mix on top.
  4. Spread in 8x8 pan. - - Cook for about 20-25 min or so at 350. Depends on your oven. I take them out, when they are almost done and still a tid bit underdone, and let sit and cool for a lil bit. Because it will still cook a lil bit after taking out.
