The ingredients needed to make Krathak:
  1. You need 250 gms Prawns
  2. You need 1/4 bunch Coriander leaves
  3. You need 10 gms Garlic
  4. Use 5 gms Green chily
  5. Use 10 ml Fish sauce
  6. You need 10 ml Lime juice
  7. You need 16 Wonton wrappers
Instructions to make Krathak:
  1. Wash and de-vine the prawns, keep their tails on. Then placing one on it's side, cut two slits on it's inside or snip with a pair of scissors to prevent it curling when cooking. Repeat with other prawns.
  2. Make a paste of coriander, garlic and chily and add in fish sauce and lime juice.
  3. Marinate the prawn in this mixture for 5 to 10 mins.
  4. Place a wanton wrapper on the work top. Fold prawns as given in picture tail one side out from the wrapper.
  5. Pre heat the oil to 190°c, deep fry the prawns.
  6. Remove from the fryer, shaking off the excess oil. Rest on kitchen paper.
  7. Serve hot with chilli sauce or any dip of your choice.
