- Use 6 pork loin chops
- Get 1 Onion sliced
- Use 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- Use 1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
- Get 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- You need 1/4 cup double cream
- Get 1/4 cup boiling water
- Prepare 1 pinch black pepper

- On a griddle or frypan fry each side of the chops for 2 mins each side
- Slice onions and add to a frypan oiled with olive oil and fry until opaque in colour
- While the onions fry. Place the loin chops in a greased oven dish and put in a preheated oven 150 C/ gas 5-6 and oven cook for 20 minutes then turn the chops over and cook for a further 20 minutes.
- Pour the cider over the onions and fry fast for 3 minutes
