- Provide 2 medium size apples
- You need 1/2 cup refined flour
- Provide 2 tbsp semolina (sooji)
- Prepare 2 tbsp cornflour

- Heat the oil in a karahi & dip one slice of apple in the batter.
- Now deep fry till they become golden in colour from both sides.
