  2. Prepare Yellow Onions
  3. Prepare Mushrooms
  4. Prepare Parmesan Cheese

  1. Preheat oven at 350 F.
  2. Halve the Eggplant. Scoop out the meat, chop, spice (salt and pepper), set aside.
