- You need Starter Dough :
- Use 425 grams bread flour
- Provide 325 ml warm milk (about 110°F)
- Use 60 grams sugar
- Provide 15 gram active dry yeast

- Use 30 gram powdered milk
- You need 1 large egg

- Mix sugar and milk. Stir. Sprinkle the yeast over and let stand for 5 minutes, or until foamy. Add in the flour. Stir with a wooden spoon until well combine.
