The ingredients needed to make Traditional peanut sesame fudge balls:
- Use 1 cup Peanut
- Take 1 tsp Sesame
- Take 1/2 cup+1tsp Dark Desi Jaggery
- Provide 1 pinch Dry ginger powder
- You need 1 pinch Cardamom powder
- Provide 1 tsp Ghee

- Dry roast peanut. If already roasted just roast them till warm
- It helps to release oil from peanuts.
- Meantime powder jaggery with a mortar and pestle
- Now in a mixer jar add the peanuts, elaichi powder and dry cardamom powder and pulse for 10seconds
