The ingredients needed to make Traditional peanut sesame fudge balls:
  1. Use 1 cup Peanut
  2. Take 1 tsp Sesame
  3. Take 1/2 cup+1tsp Dark Desi Jaggery
  4. Provide 1 pinch Dry ginger powder
  5. You need 1 pinch Cardamom powder
  6. Provide 1 tsp Ghee

  1. Dry roast peanut. If already roasted just roast them till warm

Place dates into a food processor and pulse until chopped into little pieces. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until just combined. Fold in the edges to cover the filling, then roll into a ball. Roll the ball in the sesame seeds until the dough is covered. Stir in brown sugar and milk.
