- Get 1/4 cup Tuvar dal
- Provide 2 tomatoes
- Provide 2 onions
- Take 1 carrot
- Provide 3-4 beans
- Use 1 drumsticks

- Provide 2 tbsp Red chilli powder
- Provide 2 tbsp coriander powder
- Prepare 1/3 tbsp turmeric powder
- You need 3 tbsp sambar powder

- Get 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds

- Take as per taste Salt
- Prepare Some coriander leaves chopped

Instructions to make Sambar:
- Cut all the vegetables into medium size.
- Clean the Tuvar dal. Add the Tuvar dal and all the vegetables in a pressure cooker
- Cook it up-to 5 whistles
- After the cooker releases the pressure. Give a tadka. Heat oil add mustard seed, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves
- Add 1 cup of water. Add the masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, sambar powder and salt.
- Let it boil until it gives a nice aroma from the sambhar.Now finally garnish with coriander leaves. Sambar is ready
