- You need 1 lauki
- You need 1 brinjal chopped
- Provide 1 bowl tomato puree
- Provide 1 bowl onion puree
- Take As needed water
- Prepare 7-8 cloves garlic

- Take the pressure cooker add water and all vegies,salt and cook it.
- Take a fry pan heat the oil add mustard seeds,garlic and saute it. Now add onion puree and tomato puree and saute it.
- Now add salt,red chilli powder,sambar masala and mix well.
- Now add the mixture in it and mix well and cook it for 2-3 mints.
- Sambar is ready and serve it with idli and sauce.
