- Provide 500 gm chicken breast slices
- Provide 200 gm potato chips
- You need 2-3 large eggs
- Provide Salt (optional)
Steps to make Potato Chips Chicken:
- Prepare the chicken slices by making sure they're thin (thicker ones will cause extra work later on)
- Crush potato chips in a bowl. Your hand will be in pa.in after this, unless you use a blender.
- Mix eggs in a bowl. This is where you add salt, if needed. I didn't add salt because the potato chips were heavily salted already from the pack.
- Dip chicken slices in egg and coat with the crushed potato chips. Use high to medium flame, non stick frying pan with a little bit of cooking oil (you can keep adding later if you want). Make sure both sides are cooked.
- Put the chicken aside on a kitchen towel to absorb oil. Serve hot with vegetables or mashed potatoes.
