- Take 1 tsp vegetable oil
- Use 1 onion, chopped
- Get 1 clove garlic, sliced
- Prepare 1 large potato
- Prepare 1 carrot, chopped into 1 cm chunks
- Use 2 lamb chops, cut into 4 cm wide pieces
- Get 1 cup hot water
- Get 1 envelope beef flavour cube (oxo cube)
- Prepare 1 can chopped tomatoes

Steps to make Easy Lamb Casserole:
- Use a heat safe casserole dish, with or without a lid. Place oil, onion and garlic in the dish on a stove element to soften and brown.
