  1. Use 1 block Atsuage
  2. Get 1 Avocado
  3. Get 1 can Canned tuna
  4. Provide 200 ml Canned tomatoes (diced)
  5. Use 1 clove Garlic
  6. Prepare 1 dash Salt and pepper
  7. You need 1 Parmesan cheese
  8. Take 1 tbsp Olive oil
