  1. Prepare 1 Rib Roast - bone in (5-7 ribs)
  2. Prepare 3 tsp kosher salt
  3. Provide 3 tsp black pepper

  1. Take rib roast out of the refrigerator and sit at room temperature for at least 4 hours prior to cooking.
