  1. You need 100 grams Chorizo
  2. You need 450 grams Chicken breast diced
  3. You need 1 Onion diced
  4. Get 1 Courgette halved & sliced
  5. Take 1 Pepper diced
  6. Use 400 grams Tin of chopped tomatoes
  7. Use 1 tbsp Tomato puree
  8. Use 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  9. Get 1 clove Garlic crushed
  10. Get 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  11. Use 1 pinch Chilli powder
  12. You need 1 tsp Dried oregano
  13. You need 1 tsp Dried thyme
  14. Prepare 1 tsp Dried sage
  15. Provide 1 Salt and pepper to season
  16. Provide 50 grams Grated mozarella
  17. Prepare 100 grams Breadcrumbs
  18. Take 1/4 pints water

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200C, 400F, gas mark 6
  2. Fry chorizo and chicken for 7-8 minutes, until browned. Transfer to an ovenproof dish using a slotted spoon and set aside. Add onion and garlic and fry until softened. Stir in courgette, peppers, chopped tomatoes. Add herbs and spices, water, tomato puree and tomato ketchup and season. Bring to the boil then transfer to the ovenproof dish with the chorizo and chicken and stir.
  3. Mix mozarella and breadcrumbs, sprinkle over and bake for 15-20 minutes until topping has turned golden.
