- Take 1 packages pork chops
- Prepare 6 tomatillos
- Take 3 tbsp sour cream
- Provide 1 habanero pepper
- Get 2 jalapeno peppers

- add tomatillos, jalapenos and habanero to water and boil till tender about 10 minutes
- season chops with seasoning salt and garlic salt and fry chops about 5-6 minutes per side
