- Take 4 Potatoes boiled and mashed
- Use 1/2 Cauliflower grated
- You need 1/4 cup Green peas

- Use 3 tbsp Pav bhaji masala

- Step 1 - Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and ginger-garlic paste mix and sauté for 1 minute.
- Step 2 - Add tomatoes and cook.Add chilli powder and pav bhaji masala,Add cauliflower, green peas, capsicum, potatoes and little water, mix well, cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Step 3 - Switch off the flame and mash with a hand blender. Add water as required, to adjust consistency.
- Step 4 - Heat another non-stick pan. Strain the prepared mixture into it and heat. Add mozzarella cheese and processed cheese and mix till the cheese melts.
- Step 5 pour the cheese bhaji in the fondue pot, top with butter, garnish with coriander and serve immediately with the pav pieces.
Bread: You can use dinner rolls instead or any kind of bread of your choice. I use Whole Wheat Dinner rolls for this recipe. Herb breads are great as well.
