- Soak mung, muth,green peas, kidney beans overnight. Pressure cook for 2 whistle.
- Now heat oil in pan, once hot add asafoetida, then add finely chopped onion, then garlic, saute till onion becomes translucent. Now add tomatoes and cook for a while. Once oil separates add turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander cumin powder, misal masala, salt to taste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Then add cooked dals. And cook for 5-6 minutes. Now add 1 tsp lemon juice, coriander leaves. Now crush with hand blender. And add cheese before serving.
- Cut bread slices into small pieces. Bake them till little crispy.
- Now for serving, add cheese into misal, and serve with bread slices, and namkeen of your choice.
