  1. Get 1 small chicken breast
  2. Take Hand full of fresh noodles
  3. Prepare Handful bean sprouts
  4. Take Cayenne pepper
  5. Provide 2 x red chillies
  6. Provide Tobasco sauce - garlic
  7. Use Coarse black pepper
  8. Prepare Garlic herb sprinkle
  9. Use Half a diced onion
  10. Prepare Soya sauce
  11. Use Hot Sweet chilli sauce

  1. Marinade the chicken with all the herbs for 20 mins before cooking in a deep pot on med/low heat till the chicken can be pulled…
