- You need 2 lb Ground beef, but I use ground round.
- Provide 1 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs, might need a little more
- Get 1 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Use 1 Jumbo egg

- Use 2 1/2 tbsp Weber's Roastes Garlic &Herb seasoning

- Get 1 packages Pepperidge Farm whole wheat hoagie rolls
