  1. You need 5-6 lb Roast
  2. You need 1 package Lipton onion soup mix
  3. Provide 4-5 C beef broth
  4. Use 3 cans sliced potatoes

Instructions to make Roast:
  1. Pour soup pack into bottom of crockpot. Add half of your beef broth. Place meat next and pour more broth over top if necessary to cover at least half the height of the meat.
  2. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Shred the meat and place back into the crockpot.
  3. Add Au-jus, gravy mix, remaining beef broth, carrots, and potatoes.
  4. Cook on high another 2 hours and serve.
