  1. Prepare 2 lbs. ground turkey
  2. Prepare 1 medium onion, chopped
  3. Prepare 15 oz. organic tomato sauce, no salt
  4. Prepare 15 oz. organic diced tomatoes, no salt
  5. Take 1-15 oz. can kidney beans
  6. You need 2 cups hot water
  7. Use 1 tsp. ground peppercorn
  8. Use 1 tsp. ground sea salt
  9. Take pinch sugar
  10. You need 5 TBSP homemade chili spice (chili peppers, garlic cumin, oregano, paprika)
  11. Get 1 tsp. ginger
  12. Take 1 tsp. cilantro, dried
  13. Use coconut oil

  1. Add turkey to medium hot skillet, cook until done, stirring occasionally. About 7 minutes.

  3. Rinse the kidney beans, put in slow cookers.
