  1. Provide 1 1/2 lb Boneless Spare Rib
  2. Provide 1 large Onion
  3. You need 2 large Potatos
  4. You need 1 lb Saurkraut
  5. Use 24 oz Barbeque Sauce
  6. Use 2 oz Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions to make Crock Pot Boneless Spare Ribs and Sauerkraut:
  1. I marinated the ribs overnight in the vinegar.
  2. Chopped the onion and placed on bottom of crock pot.
  3. Add the boneless ribs with the vinegar. I used country style boneless ribs.
  4. Dice the potatoes and add to crock pot.
  5. Add pound bag of refrigerated sauerkraut.
  6. Add barbeque sauce.
  7. Cover crock pot and cook on low setting for at least 8 hours.

Cut spareribs into serving-size portions; sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; brown ribs in batches. The ribs have MORE than enough grease to cook with. I season with salt (not much as the sauerkraut has plenty) pepper granulated garlic and Johnnys Seasoning. I then place the ribs in my crock pot with the sauerkraut.
