- Provide 1 egg

- Over medium heat, put squash and seasonings in a pan with 1/4 cup water and steam with a lid on until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain well.
- In a medium bowl mix sleeve of crushed up crackers & 1 cup of cheese together.
- Mix one half of cheese cracker mixture with squash.
- In a small bowl whisk egg & 1/2 cup of milk together.
- Combine milk/egg mixture with squash/cheese crackers, mixing well.
