- Prepare 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- Use 2 cups plain flour
- Use 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Take 2/3 cup softened butter
- Provide 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Take 1 pinch salt
- Provide Milk (for brushing)

- Preheat oven to 390°F
