- Prepare 1 5 pound Whole Chicken
- Prepare 1 Lawry's Szechuan S&S marinade
- Prepare 1 meat injector
- Prepare 4 tbsp Rosemary
- Provide 2 tbsp Fennel Seeds
- Use 3 tbsp garlic powder
- Use 1 Sea Salt - evenly coat potato
- Provide 1 onion
- Provide 1 butter
- Get 1 Irish Red Beer
- Use 1 Apple wood
