The ingredients needed to make Impromptu Wonton Soup:
  1. You need 8 Wonton skins (or gyoza skins)
  2. You need 100 grams Ground meat (pork, beef, or combined)
  3. Provide 1/3 Japanese leek
  4. Provide 600 ml Water
  5. You need 1/2 tbsp Chicken soup stock granules
  6. You need 2 tbsp Sake

  4. Add the wonton skins one by one. (If you add them all at once, they'll stick to each other.)
  5. Taste the flavor. If it's too thin, add some more soy sauce.
  6. Add some sesame oil for fragrance and garnish with finely chopped green onion for color. It's done.
