- Take russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into chunks
- Use olive oil
- Get Good Seasons Italian or Zesty Italian dressing mix
- Prepare Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- You need green onions/scallions, sliced
- Provide Cooking spray
Instructions to make Italian Roasted Potatoes:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray an 11x13" baking pan with cooking spray (Pam or similar). Set aside.
- Place cut potatoes in a large bowl and drizzle with the Olive oil. Stir well to make sure they are evenly coated.
