- Take 5 large eggs
- Get 9 tbsp olive oil
- You need 8 cans chunk light tuna
- Take 6 tbsp liquid egg whites
- You need 1/2 seasoned Panko Bread crumbs
- Provide 6 lbs russet potatoes

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Fill large sauce pot half way with cold water, add salt and a touch of vinegar. Bring to a boil.
