- Prepare Celeriac
- Use Carrot
- Take Sesame oil
- Use Chilli flakes (optional)
- Use Sugar
- Take Light soy sauce
- Use Cooking sake (or white wine)
- Prepare Mirin (or 2tbsp sake/white wine and 2tsp sugar)
- Prepare White sesame seeds

- Cut celeriac and carrot into strips.
- Heat the frying pan with medium- high heat and add sesame oil. After a while add the celeriac and carrot and stir fry till they are almost cooked.
