  2. Prepare 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  3. Take Tbsp olive oil
  4. Provide 1 head cauliflower
  5. You need 1.5 lbs russet potatoes
  6. You need 4 cups vegtable roth
  7. Provide 12 oz evaporated milk
  8. Provide 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
