  1. Provide Fresh Chicken liver
  2. Prepare Ripe tomatoes chopped
  3. Use Large onion chopped/sliced
  4. Use vegetable oil
  5. Use Vinegar/ fresh lemon juice
  6. Take tumeric powder
  7. Take coriander powder

Instructions to make Saucy Chicken Liver Masala:
  1. Soak your liver in water and vinegar for a few mins. Wash it off.
  2. Marinate liver with ginger/garlic paste, chilli powder, tumeric, coriander and garam masala and set aside for 30mins.
  3. In a pot, add oil, curry leaves, onions and mustard seeds and fry on low - medium heat. Add your whole green/red chillies (optional)

  5. Saute for 5 minutes. Then add in salt.
  6. Add in your chopped tomatoes, mix well and let it cook till the tomatoes soften.
