- You need 500 g sashimi
- Provide Limu (fermented seaweed)
- Provide Diced avocado
- Provide Handful cucumber (strips)
- Prepare Edamame
- Use Omelette strips (optional)
- Prepare Bonito flakes
- You need 1 tablespoon Furikake
- You need 2-3 bowl cooked Japanese rice

- Cook rice while preparing all the other ingredients. Prepare edamame as per usual method (boil edamame for 5mins) and remove the outer skin leaving only the peas.
