The ingredients needed to make Chilly Chili Seasoning:
  1. Prepare chili powder
  2. Use crushed red pepper (up to 2 tbs for extra heat)
  3. Get onion powder
  4. Get garlic powder
  5. Provide ground cumin

  7. Prepare granulated sugar (optional)
