The ingredients needed to make Palak Paneer:
- Prepare 1 Tbsp Butter
- Take 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- Use 1 tsp Chilli powder
- Prepare 1 tsp Coriander powder
- Provide 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Get 200 gms Paneer cut into small cubes
- Take as per your taste Salt-

- Get 1 bunch Palak leaves
- Take 1 Tbsp Butter
- Prepare 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Provide 1 Onion finely chopped
- Use 2 Green chillies slit
- You need 5 Garlic pods
- You need 1/2 inch Ginger
- Get 2 Tomatoes roughly chopped
Instructions to make Palak Paneer:
- Boil water in a pot add the palak leaves. Let it boil for 5 mins. Strain the leaves and keep aside.
- In a kadai, add Butter and add the ingredients given for masala one by one and saute well till the onions becomes translucent and tomatoes becomes mushy.
- Cool it completely and add to a mixie jar along with the palak leaves. Grind to a smooth paste.
- In another kadai, add butter. Keep the flame in medium and add the ground paste.
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and required water. Mix well. Cover and cook for 10 mins.
- Atlast add paneer. Mix well. Cover and cook for 5 mins.
- Add fresh cream. Mix well and transfer to a bowl.
- Now it's ready hot to serve with Chapathi, Roti, Naan and Phulka.
