- Take Paneer Cubes
- Get Palak
- Use chopped onion

Instructions to make Palak paneer:
- Wash and clean the palak leaves
- Soak the paneer cubes in hot water for 5 minutes.. This will make the paneer more soft.
- Soak the cleaned palak leaves in hot water for 3 minutes and then again soak the leaves in ice cold water for 3 minutes. This process will make the palak to retain it's colour and this process is called blanching.
- Stain the palak leaves from cold water and blend the leaves with ginger, garlic and green chilies to a smooth paste.
- Heat some butter in a pan, add in the spices and chopped onion and fry till the onions are transparent
- Further add the tomatoes and cook well
- Once the tomatoes are mushy, add in the turmeric powder and coriander powder and saute till the raw smell leaves.
- Now add in the palak puree, enough water for the gravy and let it boil in low flame.
- Once it started boiling, it's time to add the paneer cubes and give a good mix.
- Pour the fresh cream and some methi leaves..
