- You need 2 cups all-purpose flour
- Provide 2 cups sugar
- Get 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- You need 1 tsp. baking powder
- Take 2 tsp. baking soda
- Prepare pinch salt
- Provide 1 cup milk
- Take 1/2 cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
- Take 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract or essence
- Prepare 1 tsp. instant coffee
- Provide 1 cup hot water
- Take 2 eggs
Steps to make Moist layered Chocolate Cake:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Centigrade and grease pan.
- Made 1 cup HOT brewed coffee (1 tsp. of instant coffee mixed in a 1 cup of hot water), set aside
- In a bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients.
