  1. You need maida
  2. You need instant yeast
  3. You need sugar
  4. Prepare refined oil and butter

Instructions to make Focaccia Bread:
  1. Seive flour with salt,add sugar,yeast,pinch of herbs.
  2. Add the oil to the flour.
  3. Mix everything and make a soft dough using some water by kneading it for last 10 mins.
  4. Grease the dough with little oil.
  5. Keep in large bowl and cover loosely with kitchen napkin.
  6. Keep aside for 1 hour in a warm place until the dough doubles up.
  7. Take the dough on a lightly floured surface. This naturally deflates the dough. Knead it again for a minute.
  8. Now divide the dough into 3 parts,roll one part using rolling pin and make roati shape. Place them on baking tray,top it with chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, olive and mixed herbs.
  9. Cover again loosely with the kitchen napkin and let it ride again for about 15-20 minutes.
  10. Brush them gently with beaten egg or milk.
  11. Bake in preheated oven at 170 for 20-30 mins.
  12. When baked apply some butter over it.
