  2. Get 1 thumb-sized ginger
  3. Get 2 med sized onion
  4. Take 3 med sized tomatoes
  5. Use Malunggay leaves (moringa oleifera)
  6. Prepare Pumpkin flower
  7. Prepare String beans
  8. Provide Okra (lady’s finger)
  9. Get to taste Salt
Steps to make Dinengdeng with fried fish:
  1. The ingredients
  2. Fry the fish until golden brown
  3. Boil water in the pan with other ingredients like onions, tomatoes and ginger. Season it with salt
  4. Add the fried fish and simmer for 5-7min….sprinkle salt
  5. Add the string beans and okra…simmer for 5 more minutes
  6. Finally, the malunggay leaves and pumpkin flowers…let it boil for another minute
  7. Transfer in the serving bowl….let’s eat !

Dinengdeng is a native dish in Ilocos Region of the Philippines. This dish consists of any vegetables with fried or grilled fish simmered in fermented fish sauce.
