- Get 1/2 kg Okra (bhindi)
- Provide 3 medium onions sliced thicker
- Prepare 2 large onions finely chopped

- Wash and cut the bhindi according to you choice and deep fry in a wok for 2-3 minutes. Remove in a colander.
