There are several foods that basically can boost your moods when you consume them. When you feel a little down and need an emotional pick-me-up, try some of these.

Some grains are truly excellent for driving away bad moods. Barley, millet, quinoa, etc are great at helping you have a happier mood. They can help you feel full for longer too, which can help your mood too. It’s easy to feel depressed when you feel hungry! The reason these grains elevate your mood is that they are easy to digest. 6. You can now make your fish cakes by taking a table spoon full of the mixture make it into a nice round ball then press it to form a patty
  7. Pour oil into a pan temperature must just be above medium (same heat you use when frying an egg) let the oil heat up a then take your fish cake and fry put a lid on for 40 seconds and flip using a spatchular then 40 seconds again flip to ensure they dont get too brown. dont fry them too long cause the pilchards are cooked you just simply want to brown the fish cake and cook a little its already tasty once brown after flipping 4 times you can take out if its soft it will harden once it cools down
