  2. Get 1 small winter squash
  3. Get 2 can tuna in water
  4. Use 1 1/2 cup quinoa
  5. Take 2 cup vegetable broth
  6. Get 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  7. Get 1 tbsp dry taragon
  8. Provide 1 dry bay leaf
  9. You need ground black pepper

  1. Cut the winter squash in two, remove seeds, peel it and cut into 3/4" cubes
